What If I Do Not Have A Google Ads Account?
If you do not have a Google Ads account, you can easily set up one Here.
Do You Need Access To My Google Ads Account?
Yes. We need your 10-digit account ID. Once we have your account ID, we will request access.
What Niches Do You Not Accept?
We do not accept niches that are against Google's advertising policy, found Here.
Additionally, we do not accept advertising for PPC keywords or phrases, since this would be a conflict of interest for us.
How Do You Packages' Pricing Work? What About Payments?
Our tiers are designed based on total Ad Spend. You pay the actual ad spend directly to Google, and we simply charge the management fee. Please note, we are unable to offer refunds for any ad spend paid to Google. Once adspend payments are made to Google, they are final.
Is There A Contract?
There is no contract, but we highly encourage all of our clients to stay with it for at least 3 months. Will I Recieve Reports?
Yes, our goal is to maintain 100% transparency throughout the entire process! First, you’ll get a custom dashboard that you can access 24/7 to check the performance of your campaigns. Secondly, you’ll receive weekly, comprehensive reports on your campaigns' status.
Do You Keep My Credit Card On File For Adspend?
No. Your credit card is kept on file with Google Ads, since your payments for adspend goes directly to Google.
Do You Research Keywords Or Do I Need To Do That?
We handle everything from the keyword, competitor, and offer research. In the initial onboarding form, we do ask what keywords and terms you want to advertise for. That will help point us in the right direction for initial research.
How Can I Calculate What My Monthly Adspend Should Be?
In a simple lead generation campaign, you can calculate your rough average like this:
(Number of Leads Goal * Average CPC) / Landing Page Conversion Rate = Monthly Target Ad Spend
 
Example:
(20 Leads * $5 CPC) / .10 landing page conversion rate = $1000 per month
Total ad spend required to hit the lead goal of 20 is $1000.
Where Do You Run Ads?
We currently place ads on the search and display network.
Will I Have Access To the Google Ads Account?
Yes, you will have uninterrupted access to your Google AdWords account and will be able to see what is going on at any time.
Will I Still Own My Ad Account?
Yes. You will still own your Ad account.
Where Do You Direct the Traffic To?
We route all traffic to a newly created, high-conversion, custom results-driven landing page so that your campaign receives the best possible results.
Do You Utilize Remarketing?
Yes, as long as you have 100 unique visitors to your website in the last 30 days and it is connected to your Google Ad account for over 30 days. You can learn more here.
Is Your Reporting White-Label?
Yes, like all of our services, all reports are 100% white-label, and contain no YBO-branding.
